What We Do

Impacting Lives

Emmanuel Resource Center aka TheECenter is a 501(c)(3) faith-based charitable nonprofit. It is a place where students and adults come and receive academic and spiritual help and also help with finding needed resources that TheECenter may not provide. At "TheECenter" we provide personal growth and enrichment programs for youth and adults. Our programs are conducted in a safe, supportive, and encouraging small-group environment. Class sizes are limited to 10 participants. We desire to teach, enrich, empower, and connect individuals to build strong communities.

COMPREHENSION

Programs for Pre-K through 3rd grade. Providing these youth with reading skills, ABCs, sight words, comprehension, and vowel recognition. These are skills that can improve the child’s ability to become a strong reader and develop a lifelong love for reading.

Who We Serve

We serve children ages 3 and up, including adults/seniors in the Linden area. Linden area youth and adults have struggled over the years both academically and in basic life skills development. We desire to help individuals in the Linden area increase literacy skills and assist in life skills development in a safe and supportive atmosphere. As these individuals, including youth, are enriched, and empowered, we will encourage them to connect with organizations and leaders within their community to help build a stronger community. Our motto is: We teach, enrich, empower, and connect individuals to build strong communities.

Why we do what we do

We desire to provide people within the Linden Community with increased knowledge and skills that will help them in their life’s journey and help them leave a legacy of learning to those around them through what they have learned. The lack of these services affects children, youth, young adults, and seniors. Our existence is dedicated to helping to solve these needs/opportunities..
